Michael Hollingdale

Michael Hollingdale is a renowned mediator, facilitator, and commercial lawyer with over 40 years’ professional experience. He was first admitted as a legal practitioner in 1981 and is a nationally accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation Scheme.

Michael has mediated disputes spanning estates and probate, insurance, consumer claims, partnerships, farming and other family businesses, construction and resources sectors, environment and planning, leasing, bank debts and defamation.

He has appeared as instructing solicitor and counsel in mediations, arbitrations and a variety of courts and tribunals. Michael has worked with large publicly listed corporations, junior and mid-tier mining companies, the government sector, and the not-for-profit sector.
