It operates alongside, but independently from, the Superintendent and Project Manager, preserving their contractual roles while providing real-time visibility of emerging risks. The engagement is structured as a bespoke monthly retainer calibrated to contract sum, complexity, and anticipated meeting duration, running on Hollingdales Costs Agreement Terms and Conditions 2026. ### PRIVACY POLICY Hollingdales ("the Firm") is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
